Print jet Solutions LLP Pioneer in coding and Marking Solution with Strong footprint in SOUTH and WEST part of INDIA is looking for Sales Engineers/ Sr. Sales Engineers in the capital markets who is key player in driving business growth by leveraging technical expertise, strong relationships and effective sales strategies to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
Experience
- Minimum 2 to 7 Years in Industrial Equipment or Capital equipment sale.
Qualification
- BE in Electrical / Electronics/ Mechanical / Industrial Engineering.
- Diploma in Electrical / Electronics/ Mechanical / Industrial Engineering.
- BSc :Electronics/ Electrical/ Industrial Engineering.
- PG: MBA/PGDM – Marketing
Skill Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Self-Driven, Target Oriented, should have Technical Knowledge, adapting quickly.
- The Eligible candidate must be flexible to Travel extensively in assigned territory.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively and to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Job Description
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities and build trust.
- Proactively seeking out new business opportunities through research, networking, and following up on leads.
- Conducting thorough analysis of client requirements and translating those needs into tailored solutions and presentations.
- Demonstrating the value proposition of financial products and services to potential clients through presentations, demonstrations and other communication methods.
- Answering client inquiries, clarifying technical details, and addressing concerns throughout the sales process
- Working with sales teams to develop comprehensive sales strategies, including pricing, product positioning and lead generation.
- Negotiating and finalizing sales contracts, ensuring profitable outcomes for the company.
- Keeping abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
- Sharing customer insights and feedback with product development and other internal teams to improve offerings.
- Timely Need to Plan and present the Weekly and Monthly Targets VS Results to his line manager/ Management team.
