Technical Service Engineer
Experience
- Minimum 2 -7 Years in Service Industries.
- Marking & Coding experience will be an added advantage.
- Weighing Scale, Packaging industry candidates are preferred.
Education
- Diploma – Electronics & Communication, EEE, Instrumentation
- B.E / B. Tech Graduate – E & C, EEE, Instrumentation
Skill Requirements
- Good communications skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills.
- Should have basic knowledge of computers preferably MS Office, Internet.
Should Have
- Self-Driven, Team Player.
- Good Technical Knowledge.
- Prefer Multi linguistic.
- Flexible to travel.
Job Description
- Maintains relationships with the Existing clients by providing support, information, guidance, recommending new products, recommending service improvements, and visiting the client location on a regular basis.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and Gain knowledge on competition.
- Maintaining customer records based on service reports and analysing the market. requirements and sharing the same to the managers on Daily and weekly Basis.
- Planning for AMC and Schedule Maintenance for Existing and New Clients and Customers.
- Should be ready to travel for the service as per the company requirements.
- Working along with the sales team in Initiating Demo for the interested Customers and client based on the product requirements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, summarizing information based on the market requirement and sharing the same to the managers on weekly and Daily Basis.
- Maintains quality service and establishing Customer Relationship.
- Leads Generation and hunt for new opportunities where we can promote our products.
