The PJU5TT 50/100 UV laser systems deliver maintenance-friendly, consumable-free coding, helping manufacturers reduce operating costs while ensuring continuous production uptime. Designed for precise and permanent marking on a wide variety of substrates. These systems perform exceptionally well on sensitive mono-materials recyclable films, rigid plastics and other challenging surfaces requiring high-contrast coding. Capable of producing sharp human-readable text along with machine-readable codes such as QR codes, Data Matrix and GS1-compliant markings. The PJS UV laser platform provides dependable performance for demanding industrial coding and traceability applications.

Designed with a compact footprint comparable to conventional TTO systems, the PJU5TT Series enables easy installation into existing production lines with minimal modification requirements. With a working distance of 45–75 mm and a marking area of up to 100 × 100 mm, the system can conveniently replace TTO applications across a wide range of packaging environments. Equipped with a self-developed software platform, the system offers simple operation, intuitive controls, and easy job setup for enhanced user convenience.
