Job Description
- Lead generation and customer engagement through effective negotiation & convincing skills
- Explain company products and services clearly to potential customers
- Set appointments with prospects and follow up diligently
- Maintain excellent phone manners and communication
- Strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Represent the company confidently to both large and small accounts
- Build strong PR and industry contacts
- Knowledge in digital marketing, branding, and promotions
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
